Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality naturopathic medical care possible. We are committed to a healthy and honest relationship from the start and for this reason we ask that you take the time to review our office and financial policies and procedures.
Note: We are not an urgent care facility and do not provide emergency coverage. If you have an urgent issue, dial 911 or go to your closest emergency room/urgent care facility.
First Office Visit: Adult (Approx. 90 minutes) ….…… $325

Late cancellation/No Show Fee: $75
Please note that the above fees do not include the costs of any recommended lab work, recommended nutritional, homeopathic or botanical supplementation.
To provide you with high quality care, it is important for you to keep your scheduled appointment with your medical provider. Valuable time as been reserved for you or your family member. A missed appointment or late cancellation results in lost time that could have been given to another person wanting to receive care. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be subject to the provider's discretion as to whether they can be seen. Late arrivals may be subject to an abbreviated visit, but will be charged for the full scheduled visit. If a patient cannot be seen, it will automatically be considered a no show. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 48 business hours in advance. Every late cancellation/no-show will be charged $75 to the card on file. **We realize that an emergency may occur and/or you may not be able to notify us. We will discuss that situation with you when it happens.
TELEMEDICINE AND EMAIL POLICY
Natural Family Health & Integrative Medicine (NFHIM) offers secure telemedicine consultations. These are scheduled and billed in the same way as an in-office consultation; therefore, the same policies apply, such as cancellations, late or no-shows, etc.
Naturopathic treatments are individualized, and often require multiple changes in diet and lifestyle. In between your office visits we are happy to answer short questions that clarify treatment plan instructions via email. However, email is not a substitute for an office visit. Your email questions should be no more that 3-5 lines long and pertain to your current treatment plan. Email is checked only during business hours and while we try and respond promptly, responses may require two business days. Email communications may not be secure and the confidentiality of emails cannot be assured or guaranteed. If your doctor/nurse determines that your email is too complex, requires an in-depth explanation or professional advice, or will result in an alteration to your treatment plan, you will be contacted to schedule a phone consult with your doctor/nurse so your question may be adequately and appropriately addressed.
INSURANCE & PAYMENT
Natural Family Health & Integrative Medicine may be covered by some Anthem, Blue Cross or Cigna plans. We can in no way guarantee coverage, but are happy to submit to any of these plans on your behalf. If you would like to self-submit to another plan, we are happy to provide you with a specialized invoice with codes from your visit.
Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Some private insurance policies include coverage of naturopathic care; however, some exclude care provided by a Naturopathic Physician. Please contact your insurance agent to assess if you have coverage for our office as our office does not have access to that information. You can provide the agent with Dr.Noe’s NPI # 1841489317. If there is coverage, you may want to ask for confirmation of this. We do not require confirmation as it does not always guarantee coverage, however it may give you some leverage with your insurance payer if your plan does not cover your visit.
We are not able to accept Medicare and Medicaid. As with all visits all charges incurred are solely your responsibility regardless of insurance coverage.
Payment in full is due at the time of service unless we are submitting to insurance for your visit. This includes fees for medical office visits, and any herbal/nutritional supplements purchased through our office that were recommended for you. For your convenience we accept cash, check and credit card. There are no refunds on services, custom blended botanicals, homeopathic remedies, or supplements.
